We receive, collect and store any information you enter on our website or provide us in any other way. We also collect personally identifiable information (including name, email, password, communications); payment details (including credit card information), comments, feedback, product reviews, recommendations, and personal profile. Information will never be shared to third parties.
Exchanges depend on current stock levels. If we can’t offer an exchange, we can process a refund for you via the original payment method. If you paid on card, refunds can take up to 7 days to appear back in your account. PayPal refunds can take up to 30 days.
In order to return your online order to us, please package your items as they were originally shipped to you to minimise damage/ breakages. Please include the original packing slip note, noting the items you are returning. Please enclose the original packing slip with your parcel and return to:

Products ordered with a valid email receipt can be returned up to 90 days following their purchase date.
Products excluded from this are:
• Gift cards
• Booking Fees
• Personalised goods
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Customers wishing to return fragrance items should have regard to any labelling and packaging guidelines produced by Royal Mail or any other courier that is used.
Terms & Conditions
We only supply the Products for domestic and private use. You agree not to use the Products for any commercial, business or resale purposes, and we have no liability to you for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption, or loss of business opportunity. We reserve our rights in full to take any action we deem necessary against any person attempting to resell products bought on our site.
After you place an order, you will receive an e-mail from us acknowledging that we have received your order. However, please note that this does not mean that your order has been accepted. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. All orders are subject to acceptance in accordance with our order acknowledgement policy and are subject to availability.
We will send you an e-mail that confirms that the Products have been dispatched (Dispatch Confirmation). The Contract between us will only be formed when we send you the Dispatch Confirmation.
If we are unable to supply you with a Product, for example because that Product is not in stock or no longer available or because we cannot meet your requested delivery date or because of an error in the price on our site, we will inform you of this by e-mail and we will not process your order. If you have already paid for the Products, we will refund you the full amount including any delivery costs charged as soon as possible. However, if we are unable to process your order due to a Product being unavailable, we may give you the option of waiting until the Product becomes available, if you do not wish us to cancel your order.
